October 1, 2024: Midlothian, VA 23113 In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host James River Midlothian Rapids volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Manchester Lancers.
The Rapids (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Monacan (Richmond, VA). The Chiefs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record.
Next, the Lancers meet the Glen Allen Jaguars (Glen Allen, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Manchester will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA).
