October 1, 2024: Cumberland, MD 21502 The Allegany Campers (Cumberland, MD) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Bishop Walsh Spartans (Cumberland, MD), 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Campers now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Hill for a Appalachian Mountain Athletic Conference challenge on Thursday, October 3. Allegany will encounter a Sentinels squad coming off a 7-2 league loss to Northern (Accident, MD). The Sentinels record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Bishop Walsh moves to 0-5 on the year. The Spartans host Frankfort (Ridgeley, WV) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 5. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 1-11. Frankfort lost 9-0 in their recent non-league challenge against North Marion (Farmington, WV)
