Oregon High School Soccer - Cascade Christian toppled by St. Mary's
October 1, 2024: Medford, OR 97504 St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR), 7-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, St. Mary's moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Brookings-Harbor (Brookings, OR) to meet the Bruins in a 3A/2A/1A-SD5 Special District 5 test on Thursday, October 3. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 4-1. Brookings-Harbor won 2-0 in their recent league test against Rogue River (Rogue River, OR)
The Challengers now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Rogue Valley Adventist for a 3A/2A/1A-SD5 Special District 5 test on Thursday, October 3. Cascade Christian will meet a Red Tail Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Illinois Valley (Cave Junction, OR). The Red Tail Hawks record now stands at 0-5.
