Texas High School Volleyball - New Boston over Hooks
October 1, 2024: New Boston, TX 75570 In Tuesday's league challenge, the host New Boston Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Hooks Hornets.
The Lions (14-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Redwater (Redwater, TX). The Dragons come into the 3A Region II District 14 challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Redwater lost by Queen City (Queen City, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Hornets play the De Kalb Bears (De Kalb, TX) in a 3A Region II District 14 challenge, on Friday, October 4. Hooks will attempt to upgrade on its 8-23 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 16-13 record after their 3-1 league win over Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX).
