October 1, 2024: Silver City, NM 88061 The Silver Fighting Colts (Silver City, NM) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Morenci Wildcats (Morenci, AZ), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Fighting Colts now possess a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mayfield for a non-league bout on Friday, October 4. Silver will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Trojans record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, Morenci drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host St. Augustine Catholic (Tucson, AZ) to clash with the Wolves in a 2A - South challenge on Wednesday, October 2.
