The Homestead Mustangs were victorious over the visiting MacDonald Condor flag football team by a score of 20-6 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mt. Pleasant for a non-league outing on Friday, October 3. Homestead will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 33-24 non-league win over Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, MacDonald drops to 1-13 on the campaign. The Condor travel to Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA) to face the Vikings in a game on Monday, October 6. The Vikings enter the game with a record of 10-1. Palo Alto won 73-0 in their recent non-league game against Lynbrook (San Jose, CA)
