Ohio High School Volleyball - Van Buren can't hold off Liberty-Benton

In Wednesday's league match, the Liberty-Benton Eagles (Findlay, OH) volleyball squad tipped the host Van Buren Black Knights (Van Buren, OH), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Riverdale Falcons (Mt. Blanchard, OH) in a Blanchard Valley match, on Monday, October 6. Liberty-Benton will attempt to move on its 14-5 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 9-10 record after their 3-1 league loss to Elmwood (Bloomdale, OH).

With the loss, Van Buren drops to 14-4 on the campaign. The Black knights host Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH) to clash with the Chieftains in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2.
