Piute Thunderbirds (Junction, UT) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Milford Tigers (Milford, UT), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Piute advances its record to 8-10 on the season. The Thunderbirds host Panguitch (Panguitch, UT) to face the Bobcats in a 1A Region 20 test on Wednesday, October 8. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 15-3. Panguitch won 3-0 in their recent league test against Water Canyon (Hildale, UT)
