North Carolina High School Volleyball - Salisbury over Montgomery Central

October 10, 2022: Salisbury, NC 28144

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC) and the visiting Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), saw Salisbury's volleyball squad beat Montgomery Central by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Salisbury upgrades its record to 15-5 on the year. The Hornets host North Rowan (Spencer, NC) to play the Cavaliers in a Central Carolina 1A/2A bout on Thursday, October 13. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 1-13.

The Timberwolves now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Grove for a Mid-Piedmont 3A bout on Tuesday, October 11. Montgomery Central will play a Grizzlies squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 12-8.
