Iowa High School Volleyball - Albia tips Centerville
October 10, 2023: Centerville, IA 52544 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Albia Blue Demons (Albia, IA) and the host Centerville Big Reds/Redettes (Centerville, IA), saw Albia's volleyball squad nip Centerville by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Albia upgrades its record to 18-9 on the year. The Blue Demons travel to Fairfield (Fairfield, IA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 18-11. Fairfield won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Washington (Washington, IA)
The Big Reds/Redettes now own a 10-14 record. They play next when they travel to Albia for a South Central bout on Tuesday, October 17.
