With the win, Myers Park upgrades its record to 15-8 on the year. The Mustangs host South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to face the Sabres in a So Meck 4A outing on Thursday, October 12. The Sabres go into the outing with a record of 10-12. South Mecklenburg lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Butler (Matthews, NC)
