October 10, 2023: Halsey, OR 97348 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Monroe Dragons (Monroe, OR) and the host Central Linn Cobras (Halsey, OR), saw Monroe's volleyball squad beat Central Linn by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Monroe upgrades its record to 10-11 on the year. The Dragons travel to East Linn Christian Academy (Lebanon, OR) to play the Eagles in a 2A Valley Coast bout on Thursday, October 12. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-13. East Linn Christian Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Toledo (Toledo, OR)
The Cobras now own a 4-15 record. They play next when they travel to Lowell for a 2A Valley Coast bout on Thursday, October 12. Central Linn will play a Devils squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Oakridge (Oakridge, OR). The Devils record now stands at 21-3.
