The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders (Laurinburg, NC) and the visiting Grace Christian Wildcats (Loris, SC), saw Christ the Cornerstone Academy's volleyball squad beat Grace Christian by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Christ the Cornerstone Academy upgrades its record to 16-2 on the year. The Defenders travel to Temple Christian (Rockingham, NC) to play the Tigers in a CCAA bout on Thursday, October 12. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-5. Temple Christian lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Liberty Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC)

The Wildcats now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Mullins Marion Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 17. Grace Christian will play a Cavaliers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Sumter Christian (Sumter, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-11.
