Texas High School Volleyball - Graford over Newcastle
October 10, 2023: Graford, TX 76449 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Graford Rabbits (Graford, TX) and the visiting Newcastle Bobcats (Newcastle, TX), saw Graford's volleyball squad beat Newcastle by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Graford upgrades its record to 25-7 on the year. The Rabbits travel to Perrin-Whitt (Perrin, TX) to play the Pirates in a 1A Region II District 12 bout on Friday, October 13. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 16-8. Perrin-Whitt lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Garner (Weatherford, TX)
The Bobcats (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Knox City (Knox City, TX). The Greyhounds enter the non-league test with a 8-10 record.
