California High School Volleyball - Helix over Santana
October 10, 2023: La Mesa, CA 91941 Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Santana Sultans (Santee, CA), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Highlanders battle the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) in a Grossmont Hills match, on Thursday, October 12. Helix will attempt to advance on its 19-8 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 10-16 record after their 3-1 league win over West Hills (Santee, CA).
With the loss, Santana drops to 10-10 on the campaign. The Sultans host El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to battle the Vaqueros in a Grossmont Hills match on Thursday, October 12. The Vaqueros come into the match with a record of 21-7. El Capitan won 3-0 in their recent league match against Valhalla (El Cajon, CA)
