South Carroll Cavaliers (Sykesville, MD) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Manchester Valley Mavericks (Manchester, MD), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Cavaliers clash with the Walkersville Lions (Walkersville, MD) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 12. South Carroll will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Williamsport (Williamsport, MD).
