New Mexico High School Football - Dora trounces New Mexico School for the Deaf
October 10, 2024: Santa Fe, NM 87505 In Thursday's league match, the visiting Dora Coyotes football squad scored a decisive 58-26 victory over the New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners.
The Coyotes (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Elida (Elida, NM). The Tigers enter the 6-Man District 1 (6 Man) match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Elida was routed by Grady (Grady, NM), 58-37, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Roadrunners confront the Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards (Little Rock, AR) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 19. New Mexico School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Leopards go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 86-38 league loss to Oklahoma School for the Deaf (Sulphur, OK).
