August 29, 2024: Floyd, NM 88118 The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM) and the host Floyd Broncos (Floyd, NM), witnessed New Mexico School for the Deaf's football squad wallop Floyd by a tally of 52-12.
The Roadrunners (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Elida (Elida, NM). The Tigers enter the 6-Man District 1 (6 Man) contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Elida crushed Hondo Valley (Hondo, NM), 57-6, in a non-league contest.
