Massachusetts High School Soccer - New Bedford knocks off Brockton
October 10, 2024: New Bedford, MA 02740 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the New Bedford Whalers (New Bedford, MA) and the visiting Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA), saw New Bedford's soccer squad knock off Brockton by a count of 4-1.
The Whalers (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Durfee (Fall River, MA). The Hilltoppers enter the battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Durfee tipped Bishop Stang (North Dartmouth, MA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Boxers battle the St. Mary's Spartans (Lynn, MA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 15. Brockton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
