October 10, 2024: Downers Grove, IL 60532 Westminster Christian Warriors (Elgin, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family (Downers Grove, IL), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Westminster Christian advances its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Warriors host Hinckley-Big Rock (Hinckley, IL) to clash with the Royals in a non-league test on Friday, October 18. The Royals come into the test with a record of 13-7. Hinckley-Big Rock won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Serena (Serena, IL)
The now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marquette Manor Baptist Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family will clash with a Minutemen team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to HomeSchool Resource Center (Monee, IL). The Minutemen record now stands at 8-4.
