October 10, 2024: Homerville, GA 31634 The Clinch County Panthers edged the visiting Wheeler County Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 9-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers play the Wheeler County Bulldogs (Alamo, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Clinch County will attempt to upgrade on its 15-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 12-4 league win over Telfair County (McRae, GA).
The Bulldogs (17-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Clinch County (Homerville, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 14-8 record. In their last challenge, Clinch County was nudged by Irwin County (Ocilla, GA), 7-0, in a league challenge.
