October 10, 2024: Chicago Heights, IL 60411 Chicago Washington Patriots (Chicago, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Chicago Washington improves its record to 7-18 on the season. The Patriots host Alcott (Chicago, IL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 12-3. Alcott lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Von Steuben (Chicago, IL)
The Blazing Trojan now own a 6-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Proviso West for a non-league test on Friday, October 11. Bloom will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to York (Elmhurst, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-20.
