The Newark Memorial Cougars (Newark, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Moreau Catholic Mariners (Hayward, CA), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 11-13 record. They play next when they travel to Irvington for a Mission Valley bout on Tuesday, October 15.
