In Friday's non-league game, the Albany Huskies (Albany, MN) football team overcame the visiting New London-Spicer Wildcats (New London, MN), by a tally of 22-14.

In their next game, the Huskies battle the Foley Falcons (Foley, MN) in a Mid West Central - White game, on Wednesday, October 15. Albany will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 4-3 record after their 28-21 non-league loss to Jordan (Jordan, MN).
