October 10, 2025: Harris, MI 49845 The Bark River-Harris Broncos felled the visiting Iron Mountain Mountaineers football team by a score of 38-14 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Broncos face the West Iron County Wykons (Iron River, MI) in a Western Peninsula - Iron challenge, on Friday, October 17. Bark River-Harris will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Wykons go into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 49-40 league win over L'Anse (L'Anse, MI).
The Mountaineers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Manistique (Manistique, MI). The Emeralds go into the Western Peninsula - Iron challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Manistique lost by Howards Grove (Howards Grove, WI), 60-14, in a non-league challenge.
