Arkansas High School Football - Clarendon loses to Bearden
October 10, 2025: Clarendon, AR 72029 Bearden Bears (Bearden, AR) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Clarendon Lions (Clarendon, AR), 24-0 in a league match.
The Bears (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Hampton (Hampton, AR). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region 4 match with a 6-0 record. In their last match, Hampton thwarted Carlisle (Carlisle, AR), 36-28, in a league match.
Next up, the Lions play the England Lions (England, AR) in a 2A Region 4 match, on Friday, October 17. Clarendon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 2-4 record after their 28-19 league loss to Baptist Prep (Little Rock, AR).
