In Friday's league game, the Bishop Neumann Cavaliers (Wahoo, NE) football team were victorious over the visiting Conestoga Cougars (Murray, NE), by a tally of 35-14.

In their next game, the Cavaliers battle the Lincoln Lutheran Warriors (Lincoln, NE) in a C2 District 1 game, on Friday, October 17. Bishop Neumann will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 6-1 record after their 34-10 league win over Palmyra (Palmyra, NE).

The Cougars (1-6) will now prepare for their bout against Raymond Central (Raymond, NE). The Mustangs go into the C2 District 1 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Raymond Central dropped by Malcolm (Malcolm, NE), 25-12, in a league bout.
