The Bryan County Redskins football team (Pembroke, GA), was tipped 7-0 in Friday's league bout with the host McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers (Darien, GA)

With the win, McIntosh County Academy advances its record to 3-4 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Metter (Metter, GA) to confront the Tigers in a A D2 Region 3 contest on Friday, October 17. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 4-3. Metter lost 27-7 in their recent league contest against Screven County (Sylvania, GA)

Coming up next, the Redskins confront the Jenkins County War Eagles (Millen, GA) in a A D2 Region 3 contest, on Friday, October 17. Bryan County will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The War Eagles enter the contest with a 4-3 record after their 7-0 league win over McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA).
