California High School Football - Center defeated by Colfax

In Friday's league game, the Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) football team were victorious over the visiting Center Cougars (Antelope, CA), by a tally of 48-36.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Bear River Bruins (Grass Valley, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League game, on Friday, October 17. Colfax will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Bruins enter the game with a 5-3 record after their 14-6 league win over Marysville (Marysville, CA).

The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Fighting Zebras enter the Pioneer Valley League game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Lincoln ran past Oakmont (Roseville, CA), 49-31, in a league game.
