In Friday's league match, the visiting Xenia Buccaneers football squad scored a decisive 54-20 triumph over the Fairborn Skyhawks.

The Buccaneers (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Greenville (Greenville, OH). The Green Wave come into the Miami Valley League match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Greenville was routed by Tippecanoe (Tipp City, OH), 49-6, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Skyhawks meet the Stebbins Indians (Riverside, OH) in a Miami Valley League match, on Friday, October 17. Fairborn will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Indians come into the match with a 4-4 record after their 30-6 league loss to Piqua (Piqua, OH).
