The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO) and the host Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO), witnessed Riverdale Ridge's football squad wallop Longmont by a tally of 56-14.

The Ravens (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Adams City (Commerce City, CO). The Eagles enter the 4A North 2 contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Adams City was trounced by Broomfield (Broomfield, CO), 74-0, in a league contest.

Next up, the Trojans encounter the Skyline Falcons (Longmont, CO) in a 4A North 2 bout, on Friday, October 17. Longmont will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 40-6 league win over Grand Junction Central (Grand Junction, CO).
