Alabama High School Football - Shields crushed by Millry

Millry Wildcats (Millry, AL) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Shields Panthers (Beatrice, AL), 46-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Millry improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Southern Choctaw (Gilbertown, AL) to play the Indians in a 1A Region 1 battle on Friday, October 17. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 6-1. Southern Choctaw lost 28-12 in their recent league battle against Leroy (Leroy, AL)

The Panthers now have a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to McIntosh for a 1A Region 1 match on Friday, October 17. Shields will meet a Demons squad coming off a 42-18 league win over Marengo (Dixons Mills, AL). The Demons record now stands at 5-2.
