North Carolina High School Football - Northwest Cabarrus prevails Salisbury

October 10, 2025: Salisbury, NC 28144

In Friday's league match, the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans football squad scored a good 44-14 triumph over the Salisbury Hornets.

The Trojans (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders come into the South Piedmont 4A/5A match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Concord defeated Carson (China Grove, NC), 20-7, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Hornets confront the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a South Piedmont 4A/5A battle, on Friday, October 17. Salisbury will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Raiders go into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 42-0 league loss to Jay M. Robinson (Concord, NC).
