Iowa High School Football - West Hancock tops West Fork
October 10, 2025: Britt, IA 50423 The West Hancock Eagles football squad scored 33 points and limited the visiting West Fork Warhawks to 20 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now hold a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belmond-Klemme for a A District 2 test on Friday, October 17. West Hancock will meet a Broncos squad coming off a 66-28 non-league loss to Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA). The Broncos record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, West Fork drops to 5-2 on the season. The Warhawks host Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA) to face the Bulldogs in a A District 2 challenge on Friday, October 17. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Lake Mills lost 49-12 in their recent league challenge against Newman Catholic (Mason City, IA)
