The Princeton Tigers volleyball squad (Princeton, MN), was edged 2-1 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Monticello Magic (Monticello, MN)

With the win, Monticello improves its record to 19-8 on the season. The Magic travel to Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN) to battle the Crimson in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 11. The Crimson enter the contest with a record of 20-3. Maple Grove won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Centennial (Circle Pines, MN)

Next, the Tigers battle the Sartell-St. Stephen Sabres (Sartell, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 11. Princeton will attempt to improve on its 16-3 season record. The Sabres go into the battle with a 14-9 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Buffalo (Buffalo, MN).
