Wallace Wildcats (Wallace, NE) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sandhills Valley Mavericks (Stapleton, NE), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats (6-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Garden County (Oshkosh, NE). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, Garden County beat Perkins County (Grant, NE), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mavericks play the Hay Springs Hawks (Hay Springs, NE) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 11. Sandhills Valley will attempt to advance on its 4-15 season record. The Hawks go into the game with a 12-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hemingford (Hemingford, NE).
