October 10, 2025: San Diego, CA 92130 The Torrey Pines Falcons volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting West Ranch Wildcats to 0 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.
The Falcons now have a 23-4 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11. Torrey Pines will play a Hawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 17-8.
The Wildcats (17-4) will now prepare for their game against Hamilton (Chandler, AZ). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 17-7 record. In their last outing, Hamilton defeated Perry (Gilbert, AZ), 3-1, in a league outing.
Match Summary
This was a tough game but West Ranch proved that they belong on the same court as #7 in the Nation Torrey Pines SD-CA. Dani Clewis led the Charge with her precision Sets to various hitters trying to keep the game close, but Torrey Pines MVP OH hitters was a bit much to handled.
