October 11, 2022: Andrews, NC 28901 The Murphy Bulldogs (Murphy, NC) volleyball overcame the host Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Murphy upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Bulldogs host Cherokee (Cherokee, NC) to play the Braves in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 13. The Braves go into the outing with a record of 7-12. Cherokee lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Swain County (Bryson City, NC)
The Wildcats now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hayesville for a outing on Thursday, October 13. Andrews will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 15-3.
