With the win, Shepaug Valley moves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Housatonic-Wamogo (Falls Village, CT) to battle the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Friday, October 14. The Mountaineers go into the bout with a record of 3-8.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the Litchfield Cowboys (Litchfield, CT) in a Berkshire bout, on Friday, October 14. Gilbert will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Cowboys go into the bout with a 9-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Wamogo (Litchfield, CT).
