The Anderson Trojans held off the visiting Austin Maroons volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Trojans now have a 21-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Travis for a 6A Region IV District 26 test on Friday, October 14. Anderson will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Johnson (Buda, TX). The Cavaliers record now stands at 32-10.

The Maroons (17-13) will now prepare for their test against Akins (Austin, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region IV District 26 contest with a 5-27 record. In their last contest, Akins was tipped by Westlake (Austin, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.
