October 11, 2022: Goldsboro, NC 27533 Goldsboro Cougars (Goldsboro, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC), 3-1 in a league match.
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Eastern Wayne Warriors (Goldsboro, NC) in a Neuse Six 2A match, on Thursday, October 13. Goldsboro will attempt to advance on its 4-14 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 6-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to North Johnston (Kenly, NC).
With the loss, Spring Creek drops to 3-11 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Beddingfield (Wilson, NC) to clash with the Bruins in a Neuse Six 2A match on Thursday, October 13.
