In Wednesday's league contest, the California City Ravens (California City, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the host Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Ravens battle the Mammoth Huskies (Mammoth Lakes, CA) in a High Desert contest, on Thursday, October 12. California City will attempt to better on its 20-7 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 23-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA).
