The Cedar Grove Panthers felled the visiting Glen Ridge Ridgers football team by a score of 49-28 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers play the Central Blue Devils (Newark, NJ) in a Super - National Red challenge, on Saturday, October 19. Cedar Grove will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Blue Devils go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 24-20 league win over Hoboken (Hoboken, NJ).
