October 11, 2024: Belfield, ND 58622 In Friday's league match, the visiting Trinity Titans football squad scored a good 44-22 victory over the Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] Cougars.
The Titans (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Southern McLean [Washburn/Wilton/Wing] (Washburn, ND). The Cardinals enter the A Region 4 match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Southern McLean [Washburn/Wilton/Wing] thwarted Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Scranton] (Bowman, ND), 44-14, in a league bout.
The Cougars now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Killdeer for a A Region 4 bout on Friday, October 18. Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] will encounter a Cowboys team coming off a 61-22 league win over Beulah (Beulah, ND). The Cowboys record now stands at 8-0.
