Texas High School Football - New Braunfels Thunder tops Winston

October 11, 2024: New Braunfels, TX 78132

The New Braunfels Thunder Homeschool football squad scored 54 points and limited the visiting Winston Eagles to 30 in the Homeschool non-league triumph on Friday.

The Homeschool now hold a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Austin Royals HomeSchool for a non-league test on Friday, October 18. New Braunfels Thunder will meet a Royals squad coming off a 50-14 non-league win over San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool (San Antonio, TX). The Royals record now stands at 5-1.

With the defeat, Winston drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Valor South Austin (Austin, TX) to meet the Falcons in a non-league test on Friday, October 18. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 3-3. Valor South Austin lost 76-44 in their recent non-league test against Williamson County HomeSchool (Austin, TX)
