October 11, 2024: Red Cloud, NE 68970 The Red Cloud Warriors were victorious over the visiting Silver Lake Mustangs football team by a score of 53-22 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Dorchester Longhorns (Dorchester, NE) in a D6 District 2 (6 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 18. Red Cloud will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 54-19 non-league loss to Diller-Odell (Odell, NE).
The Mustangs (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Meridian (Daykin, NE). The Mustangs enter the D6 District 2 (6 Man) challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Meridian ran past Harvard (Harvard, NE), 40-8, in a league challenge.
