Kentucky High School Volleyball - Bullitt Central can't hold off Washington County

October 11, 2025: Springfield, KY 40069

In Saturday's non-league match, the Washington County Commanders (Springfield, KY) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Bullitt Central Cougars (Shepherdsville, KY), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Commanders battle the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 11. Washington County will attempt to better on its 11-14 season record. The Polar Bears come into the bout with a 21-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY).

With the loss, Bullitt Central drops to 9-16 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Heritage Academy (Florence, KY) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 11. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 8-11.
