In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Trinity Academy Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the East Aces.

The Knights (21-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Abilene (Abilene, KS). The Cowboys come into the non-league challenge with a 10-13 record. In their last challenge, Abilene beat Concordia (Concordia, KS), 2-1, in a league test.

The Aces now sport a 12-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kapaun Mt. Carmel for a Greater Wichita test on Tuesday, October 14. East will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 2-0 league win over North (Wichita, KS). The Crusaders record now stands at 23-10.
