The New Hope Indians volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Lincoln Golden Bears to 1 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now have a 10-27 record. They play next when they travel to East Limestone for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 11.

With the loss, Lincoln drops to 10-16 on the campaign. The Golden bears host St. Clair County (Odenville, AL) to play the Fighting Saints in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 16. The Fighting Saints go into the game with a record of 24-20. St. Clair County won 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Central (Florence, AL)
