The crowd at Saturday's league battle between the Maxwell Wildcats (Maxwell, NE) and the host St. Patrick's Irish (North Platte, NE), saw Maxwell's volleyball squad nudge St. Patrick's by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Maxwell improves its record to 14-10 on the season. The Wildcats host Sandhills Valley (Stapleton, NE) to encounter the Mavericks in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 14.
